Howdee Everyone,

Hearings on major bills are scheduled. Note that because the Legislative Office Building has some ongoing renovation, the House of Representatives for most of 2026 is meeting at 1 Granite Place (South Building), Concord, NH.

This year we have approximately 50% more bills, than what was previously normal, effecting real estate with a total 129 bills so far identified. Many we have designated Important or Minor.

We are analyzing the Major and Important bills now and will continue to update analysis sometimes daily over the next few weeks. Quite honestly, it is a gigantic task and we could use your assistance. The flood of new legislation is now.

Would you consider:
Donating a little time to provide analysis of the Minor or Important or Major bills,
Or donating funds, see donation button further below, to pay for office staff to handle some of the data coordination,
Or donate some time doing some of the easy but voluminous data coordination.

Stay tuned. Stay involved. Time now to communicate to legislators as described in the Action Map and 1 Minute Advocate.

Click this button each week if you want to quickly dive right in & handle the urgent updates and communications in minutes.

It is the start of a new season. We operate on a shoe string budget and recently had to borrow money to keep the legislative initiative running. Please consider donating.

Big thank you to those that have donated in the past. It really makes a positive difference to keeping this Legislative Initiative going. Donations have ranged from $15 to $500.
If you feel we are providing benefit, you can send donations to 16 Crescent St, Derry, NH 03038 made payable to Nick Norman or clicking the donate button to pay online. The donations help pay for office staff.
