Construction - March Focus Paint and Kitchens!
Want to use a Higher Quality Paint & Upgrade your regular Cabinets? (You already have a BIG discount on the paint (I've kind of outgrown the Behr stuff)). & there's a discount when you move up to these Upgrade Cabinets, which you've been walking by already!
We're getting back to Construction March 25, 2025 with some of our Very Successful Contractor Members and several of the Home Depot Vendors!
I look forward to see you soon, Mike Hurney, Director MassRealEstate.net & NewHampshireREIA.org
1. When your Client wants help picking the colors for their Home, you offer to drive them to the Paint store for color charts and sample cans, to be helpful. Good idea or Bad? answer 3/25/25
2. Your Customer wants a "High-End" Custom kitchen? You groan when you hear this to discourage them because you know they can't afford it? Right or Wrong? 3/25/25
3. You can do the install but I'll buy the Cabinets and Counter tops, then I'll save some money. Yes or No? 3/25/25
4. I don't think we need to pull a permit for this Kitchen work, it's only a small rehab. I can talk to the Plumber and Electrician, they don't need one either. Stay or Walk from this Customer? 3/25/25
