I remember when I attended my first seminar back in the 80’s the speaker said you have to have a system and discipline. I knew what the system was because he was teaching it. But I did not know what the discipline was until I began to apply the system. The discipline is that you have to take the action to make the system work properly. Through months and years of trial and error, I now know what he meant by discipline. I had to discipline myself to always take action, even when I didn’t feel like it. Despite all the easier softer ways of doing things today, I still sometimes don’t feel like it. But I force myself to take action.

The title is obviously to grab your attention, however, I think the message was sound, the average American CAN reach Financial Freedom, BUT you CANNOT stay Average to achieve it. This is one of the most overlooked aspects of Financial Freedom, it requires a personal transformation and massive personal growth. You will need to learn personal finance, business strategies, and laws, become an expert in the market, become a master networker, negotiator, and more! If you go through all of this to obtain Financial Freedom, when you make it, you will no longer be average!

Next, Don’t freak out. Mold is everywhere, all the time, like most bacteria & it’s similar to viruses, like the cold virus, everywhere, all the time. So why aren’t we all sick all the time. Because we’ve built up an immunity and most often we’re infected when we’re run-down, tired or not eating right.  Back to Mold, which has been around forever, it’s even mentioned 17 times in the Bible! If you don’t think it’s around, leave a piece of bread on your kitchen table for a week, you’ll see mold. If you don’t see mold they’ve probably put too many preservatives in it & it may not be good for you?

Incidentally, when I’m Buying a Property it’s Deadly Black Mold that We’ll have to have remediated by experts in Tyvek suits and filtered breathing apparatus. It’ll cost a fortune!!
